SkyHop Global was founded in June 2014 by Kristine Scotto — and it remains the only woman-owned airline crew ground transportation company in the nation. From a small regional service, SkyHop grew into a national operation completing 500,000+ trips annually.
Our senior staff is composed of 75% women, and our national employee base represents more than 20 different nationalities. That diversity isn't a footnote — it's the engine behind the energy, care, and adaptability our crews experience on every ride.
Our founder saw a gap in the industry — not in logistics or routes, but in humanity. Ground transportation was transactional. We made it personal. That shift changed everything: retention went up, on-time performance went up, and our culture became the product.
